His past clients have ranged from solo healthcare providers to large medical groups, and small business to publicly traded companies.
Carlos H. Arce, Esquire
Carlos H. Arce, ESQ. is a graduate of the Shepard Broad College of Law Nova Southeastern University. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Arce worked for a large primary care group as a marketing and business director on the executive team.
Upon graduating law school Mr. Arce worked for a civil litigation firm, doing bodily injury trial work and health law. He handled multi-million dollar personal injury matters for the defense. He later established his law practice in health law, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate law as a partner at Lubell Rosen, LLC. a south Florida based law firm. At Lubell Rosen, he handled multi-million dollar healthcare transactions and served as out-of-house counsel to various small to large types of healthcare entities. He handled various types of employment, privacy, compliance, and transactions for various types of other business. Mr. Arce currently handles the same type of matters at his Fort Lauderdale based boutique firm, Arce Law.
